Hmm sounds tasty. A similar preparation I use for the barbecue
is as follows:
3 parts Vodka
1 part Soy sauce
juice of Lime
brown sugar
chili oil for heat
I use this while Im cooking the chicken over a very low heat.
Take your time and get it all even, while cooking I continue
to baste the chicken with the above. When you rotate it
sprinkle some more brown sugar and crack some fresh coarse
black pepper onto it. Turns the meat a lovely golden brown
from the carmalized sugar. I usually enjoy this with some
Jasmine rice and peanut sauce.
