I only have a couple of things that we make consistantly, and I guess I
will jot some down.

Garlic Lemon Salmon

Salmon filet or steaks, skin on
combine 1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1-3 TB brown sugar (to suit)
1 1/2 tB olive oil
1 clove garlic chopped or sliced

mix and pour over salmon filet or steaks, and let rest in fridge for at
least 2 hours, 4 is better. Turn salmon over at midpoint.

Either cook in the oven for about 20 minutes at 350 or place in foil and
put on the grill for about 30 minutes (till center of salmon is 135-140
degrees).

Eat!
