I only have a couple of things that we make consistantly, and I guess I
will jot some down.

Shrimp with garlic and linguini (or angle hair)

We get the pre-cooked shrimp and just rinse them with cold water and throw
in.

Boil water, and start cooking the pasta.

In a pan, heat some olive oil, about 6 tablespoons and a couple of TB of
butter, chop up 3-4 cloves of garlic (regular size, not the elephant) saute
but don't burn the garlic, just a few minutes, add the salt and pepper not
too much, and add a teaspoon or so of parsley, and a couple of TB of lemon
juice, throw in shrimp till hot, don't overcook because they turn into
rubber.

If you get the raw shrimp rinse well and throw in and cook till nice and pink.

Drain pasta and throw into pan with shrimp and toss till nicely coated, you
may want to add olive oil or butter, maybe even a little bit of water for a
little juice.

And that's it! EAT!

Heidi
