Shrimp Linguine
2lbs shrimp
1 bottle clam juice
1 cup white wine
1 pkg linguine noodles
salt
pepper
dill (fresh or dried)
parsley (fresh or dried)
garlic (lots if you like)
scallions or green onions
butter or if allergic margarin
1tbsp olive oil
_______________________________________
+Cook noodles, butter up and set aside
+Chop onions and garlic
+Clean and peel shrimp and wash
+Saute shrimp in olive oil until done, remove and reserve drippings
+Saute garlic, onions, in butter then pour in clam juice, wine and
shrimp, cook stirring for about 8 minutes
+Mix in salt, pepper to taste and noodles
+Sprinkle with parley and dill
+Eat and enjoy
