                Lao Vegetable Dip

Ingredients
 * 3 tbsp fish sauce
 * 1 tsp sugar
 * Red pepper flakes
 * 1-2" fresh ginger root
 * 1/4 cup water
 * 1 tsp soy sauce (Kikkoman RULES)
 * 1/2" stalk lemon grass (optional)

Mince up the ginger, and put it in a little bowl.
Add the sugar and maybe a pinch of salt.  Add the
fish sauce and stir it up.  Chop the lemon grass
finely, and stick in in there.  Add the water and
the soy sauce and stir again.  Float red pepper 
flakes on the top.  Serve with pea pods, jicama,
carrots, cucumber, mango, and cherry tomatoes.
