I got this recipe from my Mom, and it's so good I thought I'd
share. I don't even like broccoli, but this stuff is so tasty! It's also
really easy to make. It's a great sidedish, but I also think it's not a
bad main course.

Broccoli/swiss cheese casserole

1 large egg
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Two 10 oz pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and well drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup Swiss cheese (I use Jarlsberg, i think it taste better)
1/2 cup bread crumbs, Mixed with 2 Tbls. melted butter
Paprika 

Whisk egg slightly: add Mayo. And soup.  Stir in broccoli, onion and
cheese.  Pour into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.  Sprinkle with crumb
mixture, sprinkle with paprika.  Bake at 350 until bubbly, about 35 to 40
minutes. Serves 8
