Good eating!

Grilled Lime Marinated Pork

4 (1 inch thick) boneless loin chops, trimmed of visible fat
3 tablespoons lime juice
4 tablespoons vegetable oil or olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
2 garlic cloves, peeled & crushed
2 fresh chiles, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Place pork in heavy duty plastic bag (i.e. Ziplock)
Combine lime juice, oil, cumin, oregano, garlic, chiles, salt & pepper
into a bowl. Pour mixture over pork. Turn to coat thoroughly (after
sealing bag) and marinate 1 to 3 hours.

Preheat grill.

Remove meat from marinade and discard liquid. Place chops on grill to
sear. Cook about 6 minutes per side depending on thickness & heat. Move
the chops to a cooler spot on grill if they brown to quickly.

Enjoy with beverage of choice.
