Grow your own:

Contrary to what you may have read, Wasabi is hardy and relatively easy to
grow. You don’t need mountains or cold mountain streams, all you need is
good soil, shade, and moist conditions. In eighteen months to two years your
wasabi plants should produce an edible rhizome about 6 inches long and
several offshoots for re-planting.

Powder:

site, too.
