Digi's Hibachi Stir-Fry
SYNOPSIS:
Creating a food that will feed mass quantities of people. For any
get-together to properly work right, you either have to kill all your
guests with food poisoning, or satisfy their hunger. My stir-fry should
accomplish the latter without fail.
COMPONENTS:
1 table top grill thing (flat)
1 large bag of rice
1 package of chopped pork chunks
1 package of chopped beef chunks
1 package of chopped chicken chunks
4 cans of mangos (with juice)
2 big cans of assorted china food.. (noodles, veggies, etc)
1 bottle of soy sauce
1 green pepper
1 onion
ASSEMBLY:
Boil the rice. Fire up the grill. Put assorted meat chunks on grill. Let
them cook til nice color. Take juice from mango can, and bathe the meats
while cooking on the grill. Apply soy sauce to meats too. If the rice is
done, drain it off, set it aside. When meats are done, toss on the
rice. Now chop the onion and green pepper into tiny chunks. Grill
them. Soy them on the grill. Toss in your bucket o rice and meat. Take
your two cans of china food. This has noodles and shit in it. Drain off
the funny liquid its all sitting in, and dump the contents onto the grill.
Dump mango juice on it. Soy it. When cooked, toss into your bucket. Now,
you should have a shitload of mango left. Chop that up, and grille it.
Don't burn the freaking things, just warm em up and then place into
bucket. Now dump your preferred amount of soy sauce into bucket. Season
the bucket the way you want. Now find a lid for the thing. Take the
bucket, and shake vigorously. All the contents should be pretty well
mixed.
APPLICATION:
Ideally, you want to serve with a nice beer. Slop the contents of the
bucket onto plates, and pass out chopsticks. Watch your uncultured friends
screw up with the chopsticks and resort to forks. Feeds 50.
Remember.. I never claimed to be a cook, but several have said that this
is a decent recipe.. If you die from this, I take zero responsibility.
