Pisang Goreng ( Fried Bananas)

Ingredients :

1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup white flour
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Water
Oil for deep frying
3-4 ripe bananas (Sweet bananas better)

Method :
Mix the rice flour and the white flour. Add the salt and turmeric.
Add water and mix well till you get pancake mixture-like consistency.
Cut bananas into half lengthwise. Dip in mixture. Heat oil.
Deep fry bananas which are coated with the mixture till light brown.
Remove and drain oil. Best eaten while still warm.
