Murtabak (light flaky pancakes with savory mutton filling & egg &
chopped onion)

Ingredients for fillings:

300g minced meat 
2 large onions 
4 green chilies 
1 tsp spices 
2 cloves garlic 
4 eggs beaten
Flour

Method of Preparation:

1. Add some water and oil to the flour and knead it into dough. Put it aside.

2. Heat 2 tsp vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry garlic and ginger till fragrant. 

3. Add blended spices and fry for 3 minutes

4. Put in the meat and a pinch of salt. 

5. When the meat is cooked, add in the onions and green chillis. Reduce
   heat and let it simmer. 

6. Allow to cool. 

7. Add meat and chopped celery to dough. 

8. Divide the dough into 6 parts. Flatter each ball thinly. (size about 3 inches) 

9. Transfer it with a rolling pin to a hot greased griddle. 

10. Spread a little oil and continue cooking. 

11. Turn it over and cook the other side.

To Serve: 

Cut the murtabak into bite size and serve hot with curry, pickled onions or
plain.
