> I don't know what a roti canai is. I'm curious.

Roti canai (pronounced row-tea Chan-eye) is a kind of very thin, fried
bread-pancake thing typically sold by the Indian street vendors in
Malaysia (probably elsewhere too). As it's cooked, the bread is
stretched out and folded over. Because of the oil used in cooking it
ends up being thin, multilayered, and kind of translucent. The way I've
always seen it, it's served with a really excellent (though relatively
mild) curry (vegetarian curry, I think). When you buy it, it comes as a
bag of the bread part and another bag with some curry.

Good stuff.
