BobCat's Hacked French Toast
#include <eggs/whites> ... nah, I'll do it in English:
4 egg whites
4 yolks
1/2 cup milk
2/3 cup confectioner's sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp lemon extract
6 slices white bread
Set oven to 350F/bake.
Lay bread on cookie sheet (on parchment - much neater), put in oven for 1
minute.
Mix yolks, 1/3 cup powdered sugar and lemon extract into milk.
Pour it on the bread, put in oven 1 minute.
Add 1/3 cup powdered sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to egg whites.
Whisk into soft peaks.
Glop the meringue on the bread/custard, put in oven until is nicely browned.
Serves two normal people or one BobCat.
