 Cockroach Cake 

To assemble, you will need:

Yellow cake - enough for 2 layers
Pistachio pudding
Chocolate Frosting
A hearty, crunchy brand of potato chips
licorice strings

Assembly:

Cut and arrange the yellow cake on your tray so
that it is in the shape of a cockroach. 

Between the first and second layers, spread the
pistaschio pudding.

After putting on the second layer of cake, crunch
some of the potato chips and sprinkle liberally
over the cake. The more, the better.

Frost the cake and use licorice as antenannae,
etc.

PRESENTATION:

Upon cutting the cake, you should get a nice
crunchy sound with ample yellow/green ooze.  
Should there be an accident and someone drop the
cake, it will flatten immediately.
