I only have a couple of things that we make consistantly, and I guess I
will jot some down.

Chicken and bow tie pasta

Saute chicken breast, (pounded slightly) in some olive oil and butter. cut
up into bite size chunks, and set aside.

Saute 1 medium onion and 2-3 cloves of garlic (be sure to put the garlic in
when the onion is almost done translucent for just about 5 minutes so it
doesn't burn). In a large pot, pour in 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 2 TB
parsely, 1/2 teas salt, the chicken, the onion and garlic, and 2-3
vegatables you like, (I use broccoli, zucchini, and yellow squash) about 1/2
to 1 cup each or so (not an exact sience). Then have a 28 oz can of whole
plum tomatoes and take out of the juice and cut up into bit size slices and
put into the pot. Next pour 1 1/2 c heavy cream...I usually pour in some
water also to cover and it makes it a little less rich, or I have just used
light cream too... The end result is about the same, I cant tell a difference.

While you putting all this together, boil water for your pasta, (I always
use bow tie) and cook that. This whole mix can cook till it's boiling
slightly and nice and hot, just make sure the vegatables are done. then put
pasta in a dish, pour over the chicken mix and sprinkle generously with
parmesan cheese.

Eat!

Heidi
