Chicken Cordon Bleu
one chicken breast, deboned and skinless
one slice ham--about sandwich thickness
one slice swiss cheese
flour for dredging
lay out breast, place cheese slice on, then place ham on top. Roll up
stack, then dredge in flour. Bake in 400 deg oven for 15 min.
