       Stutz Burgers:

[A bit of history behind the Stutz Burger first:  Many years ago I managed 
a bar and grill part time (primarily because they had some hot waitresses I 
wanted to sack), and it was at this bar; "Stutz Steaks and Sips" that I was 
introduced to the Stutz Burger, a creation of the owner of the restaurant.]

Ingredients:

1/2 lb ground round
Dijon Mustard
Plum Jelly
Onion hamburger buns

In a bowl, combine 1/2 lb of ground round, 1 tbls of Dijon Mustard, 1 tbls 
Plum Jelly - mix well and shape into pattie.

Grill pattie, then place on toasted Onion hamburger bun.  Top with another 
tbls of both Dijon mustard and Plum jelly.

This is an excellent sweet and spicy hamburger, of which is unequalled in 
flavor to _any_ burger I've ever tasted.
