You don't know this list very well. We all like guns, especially
politically incorrect ones. And for those of you who can barely boil
water, here's how to make roast beef. Yes, a seared chunk of some poor
cow's ass. NUMMY!!!
Take a 3lb butt roast and smear with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and
maybe something like sage or rosemary. Put it in a roasting pan and put
in a preheated 350 degree oven for an hour. BOOM! Roast beef! You'll
probably want mashed potatoes and gravy too but those involve boiling water.

A few notes: use a low-sided pan -- roasting should be done dry, not
wet; some people like marjoram; you might want to consider starting at 450
to 500 F for about half an hour to sear the meat, keeps it moister; and I
added a hyphen, since at first I read "3lb" as "31 pound".
Also, you don't boil water to make gravy, and you can make mashed
potatoes by roasting, baking, or microwaving them and then smashing, also
without boiling water. Or just put the gravy on the roasted potatoes.
On the other hand, making gravy is more difficult than boiling
water.
Experimenting with various different dry rubs on your meat can be
a lot of fun.
